PlayerStash may request additional documentation for certain orders to verify the legitimacy of your account such as:
These documents will help PlayerStash determine whether the order has been authorized by you and to prevent fraud/chargebacks. Identity verification methods help us in preventing fraud. Failure to comply with our request will result in a canelation of your order. PlayerStash reserves the right to refuse business to you if you do not complete the requested identity verification.
1 REFUND POLICY AND AGREEMENT:
Due to the nature of the product, I agree that once I pay for the order there are NO REFUNDS under any circumstance for the product.
I agree there will be no partial refunds or credits for ANY ORDER under any circumstance.
I agree that I am purchasing a digital good that can not be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.
The product being digital means that I agree that the product is a digital good and therefore being sold to me as an “AS IS” product. In the case of a chargeback I understand that claiming the item “NOT AS DESCRIBED” is not valid as I understand that by purchasing this product there is no actual condition and is for in game use by the customer. How the customer uses the product or what intentions they have with the product is at the sole discretion of the customer.
PlayerStash reserves the right to refuse service and refund any relevant transactions if deemed necessary.
2 DELIVERY POLICY AND AGREEMENT
I agree that I will be meeting someone online to physically deliver my order directly to the account that was stated in the order. If the confirmed customer decides to use a different account than listed on the order, the customer shall provide that information in the chat transcript directly with the customer representative. We manually deliver all orders. This way, all orders are 100% guaranteed delivery and no claim can be made regarding delivery and I understand that I cannot claim I did not receive the order.
Due to the nature of the product, I agree that a text confirmation when asked in a delivery chat to confirm that the customer is the one receiving the order is sufficient verification that the product was delivered. However, I also agree that this confirmation is NOT REQUIRED in order to prove a delivery was completed.
I agree that a screenshot(s) taken in game will be evidence that the order was delivered.
A. The amount listed in the order. We hold the right to deliver in multiple trades if needed.
B. The agreed “ACCOUNT NAME” listed by the customer either in the order or in the live chat transcript.
By agreeing to this contract, I have already verified that the product I am receiving from the order I am purchasing is exactly as described.
I agree and understand I am receiving this product in "AS IS condition".
I understand that this product holds no physical condition.
I understand that the intent of the product is up to the customer and is sold for customers use and pleasure.
I agree that any previous orders I have made have been delivered successfully which is why I am making a new order now.
I verify and agree that this is my identity by my IP address and by the information provided.
I agree that my IP address is sufficient evidence that I am the one that placed the order.
I agree that my email address on the order is sufficient proof that I am the one that placed the order.
I agree that by providing my email address in a chat, I am confirming that is sufficient proof that I am the one that placed the order. It is my responsibility to keep my email address private from others.
3 AUTHORIZATION POLICY AND AGREEMENT
This agreement will act as an authorization for this purchase through Stripe for PlayerStash to receive the funds for the purchase.
I verify and agree that this is my identity by my IP address and by the information provided.
I agree that I will not file a chargeback as this is my identity.
I understand that if I file a fraudulent claim, I will be sued for $20,000 or more for liquidated damages, legal fees, and other costs that may occur. I understand that filing a false claim will result in a legal team filing a civil law suit against me and that team will provide all evidence to local authorities to pursue criminal charges. I understand this may result but not limited to costs which include legal fees, court fees, repayment, attorney fees, and any other fees that arise.
I agree and understand these terms of service are legally binding.
Once your gold has been delivered you are held accountable for any unauthorized access to your account. We will NEVER ask you to trade the gold back to us. Once the gold has been delivered to you it becomes your responsibility.
All products sold by PlayerStash are virtual items and hold no monetary value. I understand these are services for virtual games, which cannot be converted to physical or digital goods. All products we offer cannot exit the virtual world.
We reserve the right to modify the terms of service at PlayerStash.com at any point in time. You are responsible for reviewing it before transacting with us. By using PlayerStash.com you agree to our terms of service in its entirety.
